Peschiera – Borghetto sul Mincio, Off-Road

Same destination as the Family tour to Borghetto sul Mincio — the Visconti bridge, the mills over the water, Valeggio's Scaliger castle — but a different way to get there: off the paved cycle path and onto the gravel tracks along the river, with uneven ground and a few spots that need extra attention.

The E-MTB helps on the climbs and rough ground, but this isn't a passive ride: riders need some experience handling a bike off the asphalt. It's not as technical as a singletrack, but it's a different world from a cycle path.
